Joe founded Good Move to help leaders understand how work actually happens and improve the conditions that shape it.
His perspective was shaped across military, government, nonprofit, marketing, education, and property management environments. Across those settings, one distinction matters: the process on paper and the system in practice are often different.
Good Move brings an independent, practical perspective to that gap. Process design, facilitation, data, automation, and AI are supporting tools, selected for the work they need to serve.
