Joe’s perspective was shaped across military, government, nonprofit, marketing, education, and property management environments. That range makes one thing clear: every organization has a process on paper and a system in practice. Durable improvement begins by understanding the second one.

Good Move is independent and tool-agnostic. We may use process design, facilitation, automation, data, or AI—but only when each serves the work and strengthens the organization.
